We are a modern & progressive pilates studio designed to push the boundaries of what you may already know of pilates. There is no limit to how strong you can get, and we mean that!

Why do we love pilates?

It’s becoming clearer within the fitness industry that you dont need to be a ripped/skinny human (it’s cool if you are though!) to enjoy the benefits of just moving your body consistently and we truly believe that pilates (because of how low-impact and accessible it is to all body types & ages) has helped pioneer this movement.
