Flow & Glow

Our Club Heart signature 'Flow & Glow' class is exactly that, flowing around the reformer for 45-minutes with minimal rest time to give you exactly what you paid for; a full body workout that leaves you with results. The glow comes post class, think low impact, total body conditioning, moving through all planes of movement including but not limited to: twisting, turning, bending, sweating & stretching - these are all on the menu. Glowing is the reaction to the dopamine and endorphin rush you will instantly feel post class, get ready!

Beginner

New to Pilates? Or maybe you are new to movement in general? This class is the perfect start point for you. We will guide you through the basics, help you gain the confidence to push yourself a little further and support you to build strength you didn’t even realised you needed in your life. This is where the real ‘Pilates Era’ starts. Beginner classes are also good if you are having a bit of an off day and prefer to take it easy - we have all been there!

Open-level

Open-level classes are all in the name - open to all. This class is suitable for beginners through to the advanced and will leave you feeling like you got the most out of your class no matter where you stand. We work in layers throughout each exercise pattern which means that beginners can choose to stay at the base layer while the more intermediate-advanced clients challenge themselves by moving up the layers.
