Meet Lana.. Head trainer, founder, Mum of little Dolphin (cute fluffy guy) and probably your new bestie.
Lana is a certified Pilates Instructor, has been ritually practising Pilates for the last decade and was teaching full-time across Sydney 5 of those years. She has been mentored along the way by some of the biggest and baddest names in the biz and recently moved back home to The Coast to bring you Club Heart.
Lana’s teaching style is very much influenced by the way she likes to move and the way that she likes to be taught to move. Her classes are dynamic, strong, sweaty, fun, creative and above all supportive. You can expect to be challenged and encouraged to level up in each class with an emphasis on effective exercise choices, intelligent sequencing and minimal rest time to give you the most out of your 45 minutes together.
Her music style is dependant on the type of class she is teaching but she knows that music plays a huge role in a fun workout and she has a playlist for all the moods. If all else fails, house music is where it is at.

Meet Tiffany, a dedicated Pilates instructor with over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her true passion lies in Pilates, a practice that fosters a wholesome connection between mind and body through movement.
Tiffany's classes are a dynamic and fun experience, as she loves incorporating all 3 planes of motion and keeping each session unique.
The benefits of Pilates are truly remarkable. As you flow through sequences, you’ll notice a progressive increase in strength, stability, balance, and flexibility over time — all while having fun along the way. Tiffany ensures that her classes are as enjoyable as they are effective.
Her classes are a perfect blend of challenge and enjoyment. She aims to create a dynamic and energizing atmosphere that motivates everyone to push their limits. And of course, the playlist is carefully curated to keep the motivation high throughout the workout!

Tiffany
Meet Kayla, a passionate Pilates instructor whose love for Pilates and enthusiasm to help others find pleasure in movement was fostered during the covid lockdowns. Kayla has been practising Pilates for the last 4 years and teaching for over a year now.
Kayla is currently a full-time Psychology Honours student, and is combining her knowledge of mental health with the benefits of Pilates to eagerly support others through their unique wellness journeys. She believes that movement which aligns with your body is therapeutic, and fosters a deeper mind-body connection.
Through a functional and dynamic training style that brings a community together, Kayla is dedicated to creating a comfortable environment where everyone feels good in their skin - which we LOVE!
You should expect upbeat and challenging classes suitable for all levels, ages and genders that leave your body feeling strong and energised. You’ll know from the burn that Kayla has motivated you to push yourself in achieving the best for your body and wellbeing.
Kayla
Meet Sophia, a passionate Pilates instructor who has been teaching full-time across the Coast for the last 3 years.
Sophia was first introduced to Mat Pilates when she was 12 years old training as a ballet dancer. After struggling with several injuries from other sports, her physio introduced her to Reformer Pilates and she fell in love with the movement and the connection between mind and body.
She is currently studying a Masters in Applied Sports Science, Sophia is all about combining strength and conditioning training with Pilates (WE LOVE).
You can expect a fun, dynamic & upbeat class with a playlist to match (and probably some terrible jokes thrown in there), while also being encouraged to challenge and push yourself.
