4 WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE
Commit to one class per week for four weeks and learn Reformer the right way. You will build a routine that feels realistic, get comfortable with the equipment, and be guided through the foundations alongside the same group each week, so it never feels overwhelming. By the end of the course, you will know your springs, understand the flow of a class and feel confident stepping into our regular timetable.
You do not need to be someone who “loves exercise” to start, this course is designed to help you build a routine that actually feels good and sticks.
